RAISING THE STANDARD
Ove creates a new branded communications platform to redefine the “raison d’ętre” of one of the city’s premier real estate locations.

In its quest to reclaim the Royal Bank Plaza’s position as one of Toronto’s prime real estate locations, Oxford Properties Group undertook a major capital re-investment to restore the downtown property to its former glory. In hand with this redevelopment, Ove worked with Oxford to create a branding and marketing campaign that would engage new prospective tenants and retailers while supporting the needs of existing tenants during the 18-month renovation. This work began with a rebranding of the site as “The Plaza”, contemporizing the name and expressing the sense of a destination site. The new name was supported with a bold, fresh visual style that was applied to a wide range of communications to generate excitement about the building’s renovation.

With its renovations nearly complete, the Plaza now has a brand that expresses the spirit of a location that is raising the bar for modern sophistication in the heart of Toronto’s financial district.
